Wings for Life World APP RUN Bratislava

Wings for Life World Run Bratislava is a unique event where runners and wheelchair participants start simultaneously and race against a virtual Catcher Car that gradually catches up to them. The race has no finish line; runners run as long as they are not overtaken by the car. The course passes through Sad Janka Kráľa, one of the oldest parks in Europe, and combines various environments. The event supports spinal cord injury research, with 100% of registration fees going to this cause. The race starts precisely at 13:00.

Preteky sú určené pre bežcov aj účastníkov na vozíku, ktorí bežia spoločne. Virtuálny Catcher Car začína 30 minút po štarte rýchlosťou 14 km/h a postupne zrýchľuje, až kým nepredbehne všetkých súťažiacich.
