Race description
The Run at Chata pri Zelenom plese is a mountain race designed for sports and nature enthusiasts, suitable for both amateur and professional athletes. The event has been held regularly since 2005 during the second weekend of June and commemorates Karel Jakeš, a prominent Czechoslovak mountaineer. The course leads through challenging mountain terrain with significant elevation gain, making the race a challenge for all participants. The goal is to connect various sports groups and offer them a unique experience in the beautiful environment of the High Tatras.
